Cyst Nematodes: Highly resistant to Pa2 and Pa3, resistant to Ro1–4

Late Blight (Phytophthora): Susceptible – requires a strong protection program

Common Scab: Moderately resistant – irrigation is important especially at tuber initiation

Metribuzin (Sencor): Tolerant

Agricultural Recommendations
Fertilization: Apply an average of 200 kg/ha nitrogen including soil supply (around 80% compared to late varieties). Phosphorus and potassium supplementation is recommended.

Plant Protection: Use effective treatments against Alternaria solani and A. alternata. Soil treatments are recommended against Rhizoctonia and silver scurf.

Harvest & Storage: Allow at least 3 weeks after haulm killing for skin setting; be cautious during harvest to avoid bruising. Thanks to its long dormancy, CAMEL can be stored at ambient temperature during the first months.
